Política de reembolso

We have an eight (8) day return policy, which means you have 8-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and must be packaged as it was sent (to ensure it will arrive safely). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (upon request).

To start a return, you can contact us at support@silvertolove.ca. If your return is accepted (which it should be if it is in unused condition), we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as further instructions that include how and where to send your package. Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable goods

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Such goods include custom products (such as special orders or personalized goods), and products that due to their nature have hygienic reasons (for example, earrings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on “clearance” goods or gift cards. 

Exchanges

We are happy to make exchanges of the same product if your purchased item was defective or damaged (within the time window, and if we have more in stock). Otherwise, simply return the item(s) for a full refund (if accepted, which should be the case when the Refund Policy is followed), and purchase the new item(s). 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not (should be approved, if the Refund Policy was followed correctly). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so may take a while to show up on your statements.
